2008 Summer Clinical Research Internship

This competitive internship is intended for undergraduate college students who are interested in a career in medicine and clinical research. Twelve Interns will have the opportunity to:

  • Assist an investigator on a clinical research project resulting in a poster presentation at the end of the eight-week program
  • “Shadow” physicians and clinical researchers
  • Learn many of the necessary skills for conducting clinical research.
  • Participate in medically-related cultural excursions
  • Interns will receive a $1,500 award at the end of the eight-week program
